Getting in the steps

Hi friends,

I am happy to report that I surpassed 10k steps each of the last two days after only hitting that mark one other time in the last month:

I do not go on a lot of walks, and the runs I do do not have as many “steps”, despite being multiple miles. I have been active with the family the last coupe of days and we have been exploring - therefore, lots of steps.

In fact, 11,886 steps is not much if you surpassed 10k steeps at times.I think that I can reach 10k steeps only by my daily activities.

It is very good for health. We walk a lot in our house too. @brian.rrr
