Great, i also like fitness but i do differently with mixture of running, exercise, little bit yoga and dancing, but i don't follow any particular diet because till now i didn't faced any diet issue and thanks for your information and i really learned an new thing and that is "Appetite Suppression", i was really unaware of this aspect and yes everything should be balanced so craving for food all the time is not good.
