Another Run/Walk today, not as long as yesterday but me and my buddy started using an interval timer. Were starting off with 120 Seconds of walking followed by 15 Seconds of running. As the season goes by we are going to decrease the walk and increase the run time!
Intervals are a fantastic way to build endurance! I had used an app called couch to 5k (c25k) that was a nice simple program that uses some longer intervals to build up to a set distance. Sounds like a great approach to stay injury free!
