Daily challenge completed - 168 reps
Final week of the open now. Probably the last week of these skill emom workouts.
Did a lot of low intensity work first, didn’t count reps. Then a skill/conditioning piece:
For 16 minutes, rotate between 4 stations:
- 15 cal row
- 10 sumo deadlift high pull (95 lbs)
- 9 chest to bar pull-ups
- 8 burpee box jump over (24”box)
I don’t really like the SDHP, but for some reason it was programmed today so then I got to do it. Working on re-gripping the bar while doing pull-ups to do bigger sets more easily.
