If you want to put on size then you must consume calories! Keep eating and working out like a bull and you will put on enough muscle ride one. Up your intake by about 500 calories a day for safe results. If you are feeling bold then I recommend adding an extra 1000 calories to your daily consumption.
Remember that you want to be eating good foods. Just eating a bunch of junk will not help you put on muscle. You will still put on gains, but a large amount of it would be in fat. Good carbs, protein, fats, fruits and veggies. Eat between 3 and 10 thousand calories and keep working hard! You can transform your body.

What do you think about intermittent fasting?
Would it make sense that you can burn off your glycogen and fat during fasting hours then eat all your calories in a max 8 hour window including the 500-1000 additional calories
