Find and join a Jiu jitsu gym, will get you in great shape & teach the most effective self defense against A bully in my opinion. If there are multiple bullies run!

Try a jiu jitsu gym or whatever other self defense class you can find near you! It won’t gaurantee you will win the fight but will help you think strategically about each situation & how to handle it. You also might meet some friends who don’t mind sticking up for you if need be 😉

When you told me to fight, I said I don't fight, I only cry and you said that that is also one way of fighting, I thought about it and realized that it's true. When life knocks me down so hard, crying releases the negativity and I stand back up again ready for a new day. But I guess more than crying, smiling is my better way of fighting. Thanks for all the inspiration!

I hope you are doing well. I think you made a good point stating one gotta be able to take few knock downs, stand up again & keep on fighting... that is in fact life. Life is harsh, kicls your ass evety so often & one has to fight his way through.Hi @janicehung,
Martial arts as such will give one a brief guidline to take on life. It will teach one respect, self decipline & how to stand up after you got your a*** kicked.
I would recommend you a combination of WT and MMA. Just a thought as you have quite few ways to go within WT leaving your own way open and down to your own choice.
