My 7 Favorite Lower Body BURNING EXERCISES. #10-MINUTE BURNING WORKOUT#

I would love to share with you my 7 Favorite Lower Body Burning Exercises which you can do pretty much anywhere and everywhere; home; office; outside.

You can use this 10-minute burning workout daily if you are a beginner or advanced fitness person.
This workout is made out of 7/1-minute exercises with a 30-sec. break between each exercise.

If you are more advanced or have more time you can do 3 rounds of this which will give you a total of 30-minute workout.

With these exercises, you are also strengthening your core and your abs without any situps or crunches, just make sure while doing all these exercises to keep your core nice and tight and your back always straight especially when doing the squad exercises.

I like that you are trying to help your sister to be fit or do some fitness because it is very important for our health.
Lots of people don't like to exercise because they think it has to be super hard, but it doesn't.
Make it fun. Go for walk, do some skipping rope, go for bike ride, do some Zumba, which was also great and super fun fitness, and then from there you can start moving up and improving your fitness level because it makes a huge difference in our live.
If anyone is looking to get some more energy, feel younger and stronger and less stressed and better sleep, better posture than fitness is the only answer.
I love your sister, I think she has a beautiful heart and I wish her all the best and all the happiness and all the health and the same to you my dear friend.
