I like that you are trying to help your sister to be fit or do some fitness because it is very important for our health.
Lots of people don't like to exercise because they think it has to be super hard, but it doesn't.
Make it fun. Go for walk, do some skipping rope, go for bike ride, do some Zumba, which was also great and super fun fitness, and then from there you can start moving up and improving your fitness level because it makes a huge difference in our live.
If anyone is looking to get some more energy, feel younger and stronger and less stressed and better sleep, better posture than fitness is the only answer.
