I was in constant pain for a few days last week & said fuck that shit. Watched 12 hours of physical therapy videos & learned & relearned some things about pelvic alignment & the functions of the different muscles near the hips. Less than a week later & feeling way way better. No drs 😃

That’s good bro! Only thing drs can really do is prescribe something and we all know where that road can go.

Most All the “successful” surgeries I worked in were only successful if the patient did a lot of physical therapy after the fact. Pretty sure the physical therapy alone would usually do the trick, no antibiotics, no painkillers, no big payday for the hospitals..... PT is medicine

I can get aboard with that assessment! Also a plant base diet will do wonders. My lady is trying to get me to do it, but damn its really hard. Its like im addicted to greasy ass food. No actually i am addicted. Its like im brainwashed to always have some kind of meat as the main dish. This is going to be hard, but i know if i dont do something im going to die an early death. At least im past the denial stage i guess.

Sugar withdrawal is very real, takes my body 2-3 days to adjust to low sugar. Could be a week of feeling shitty for some

Yeah its probably easier to quit dope then shitty food, especially with it everywhere! With dope you can delete phone numbers, stop hanging with certain people, but with food damn its everywhere, and you even have drive through sit get a quick fix

It is way too hard & expensive to find clean food. I’m planting more food seeds today!

My theory is the microbiology of your gut is wired right into your thoughts. They die when they don’t get what they want & make u feel like shit. But they make you feel even better when u breed the right microbiology. The sugar junkie micros in the gut are mind control jedis. Gotta starve them out
