I´m feeling sick today so I decided to do another TRX day with a big walk after my training.
Squats 20x
Sumo Squats 20x
Lunges 20x
Row 20x
Push-Ups 20x
Reverse Flies 20x
Curls 20x
Trizeps Extension 20x
Walking for about one hour (not sure if I should count this)
I will sleep some more today and drink even more ;) I think that I should be fit in one or two days and then it will be time to squat!
Eat lots of oranges, vitamin c works wonders ;)
If you drinking orange juice make sure it's not the concentrated crap

I'll count 100 reps for the walking, so 260 total. It should be 100 reps per 30 minutes, but that's more for people who can't lift much. Fair trade. It's still exercise.
