With only 2 exercises, today's workout is simple to follow. But that doesn't mean it's going to be easy, either. By the time your 10 minutes are up, you'll have completed 100 pushups and 100 squat jumps.
The faster you complete the exercises, the more time you have left to rest before starting the next set. If you can, try to do all the pushups on your toes. If you can't do many (or any) pushups just yet, try doing them on an incline with your hands up against a wall, a desk, or a chair – whatever you need to do the exercise while still challenging your strength.
Definitely will be trying this EMOM soon. Starting to like more body weight exercises.
