Beginning motivation to get up to 25 push ups nonstop. I know 25 is not a lot in today's world, but when your just starting out, 25 is a lot.
-Week one I did 5 sets of 10 each day...2 sets in the morning and 3 sets in the evening.
-Week two I did 5 sets of 15 each day...2 sets in the morning and 3 sets in the evening.
-Week three I did 5 sets of 20 each day...3 sets in the morning and 2 sets in the evening.
-Monday morning of week 5 I did 25 push ups none stop.
-I started this program the second month after I began working about 1 year ago.
-NEW GOAL IS 50 PUSH-UPS Non-stop.

How has your challenge been going? I am doing the same challenge, but performing 50 a day.
