Daily Challenge Complete- Saturday 3.17.18

Push up- 80
Upright rows w/resistance band- 20
Tricep Extensions- 80
Bicep Curls- 70


Total Reps- 250

My Notes:
I seem to get busier and busier each day, but I still manage to find the time to workout. I feel accountable to everyone who supports me and I am noticing the muscle gains. I look forward to sharing my workout to perhaps spark an interest or motivate someone to get on their feet and try.

Tomorrow is the big day I have officially signed up for a half marathon. I have been reducing my reps each day to help make sure my body will be able to finish the challenge of my first ever half marathon. Wish me luck!!!

Thanks it went really well I tried my best to not stop and walk if necessary. I ended up finishing 13.1 miles in 2 hours and 12 minutes 40 seconds. Thanks for the support!
