Naturally, after a few months of training, the gains are more difficult and the motivation can also decrease.

How to avoid plateaus and continue muscle progression?

Here are some key things to remember:

Whatever your training plan, your diet, your dietary supplements, you will not make any significant gains without working hard, and steadily. You must work at least every muscle group once a week and each time, with an intensity that will ensure that you will reatch muscle failure at the end of the training;
The more you become an expert, the more you will have to work hard to gain. Moreover, even when working harder, the gains will take longer to obtain.

Thus, two criteria are to be retained:

Disciplined:
The discipline of not missing a day of training;
The discipline of doing all the planned exercises in your training program;
The discipline of not stretching the rest periods between repetitions;

Always better than the previous training:
More weight than the day before;
Or more repetitions than the day before;
Or less recovery time than the day before.
