Very good text. In fact, the recent researchs in fitness and bodybuilding tell us that the most important thing is a good diet, ajusted to your training. Supplements can help (creatine, T booster, Whey...) , but you have to be carefull to choose the right stuff, quality et understand when you take them.

Yeah I know what you mean.
Many supplements are just money making anyway.
I don't like to give my body all types of chemical stuff.
