Daily Assessment: My body feels strong and active, and I haven't even gotten close to being in second gear yet. I really need to eat and sleep on a more regular schedule to make sure I have enough energy to attack my short workouts. Since I haven't taken a day off, I tend to take it easier on myself to make sure I'm not too sore for the long road ahead. Bad, I know...
