My calves are like rocks - they are far too tight but no amount of stretching or massage seems to do anything.

I should raise my desk more often. I tend to only do it for meetings and deliveries, but since I haven't had that many over the last few months, I have got lax.

These items have improved my lower body strength a lot and the stairs are much more comfortable than they were a year ago.
