Unfortunately yesterday I had to take a day off from the gym because of too much snow, but fortunately today we return back on track!


Yesterday's Diet


Meal 1

  • 250g chicken breast
  • 300g potatoes
  • 300g zucchini

Meal 2

  • eggwhites pancakes
  • 50g low fat greek yoghurt
  • low carb jam

Meal 3

  • 250g chicken breast
  • 300g potatoes
  • 300g zucchini
  • 3 eggwhites muffins (50kcal each)

Todays' Diet


Meal 1

  • eggwhites pancakes
  • 50g low fat greek yoghurt
  • low carb jam

Meal 2

  • 250g chicken breast
  • 3 eggwhites muffins (50kcal each)

Meal 3

  • 45g whey protein powder

Meal 4

  • 3 slices homemade pizza
  • 100g turkey
  • 4 homemade cookies

Todays' Workout - Shoulders


  • Military press 5 sets of 4 reps
  • heavy lateral raises 10-10-5-5-8-12
  • upright row wide grip 15-12-12-8-8
  • Dbs press 8-8-8-5-5-5
  • lateral raises 90Β° 4 sets of 15 reps
  • 6 ways 8-8-6-4
  • frontal raises with 10kg plate 2 sets of 20 reps
