You make things look so easy on these videos that I know you practice what you preach.
Love, that you are doing the pulses for your triceps you don't not see many people doing those--and this is a shame, because it really helps keep tension on the muscle.
The move where you are seated and doing those fast---almost punching like movements--is fantastic--I have not see it--I am going to give them a try.
One thing that I have found that really helps in toning up the muscle--is to flex them really hard after the workout--you can even flex them between sets if you want.
Simply flex the muscle hard and hold it for a couple of seconds--it will take time to learn how to flex some of your muscles--but trust me, it is worth the effort.
