More women need to get out of the mindset that lifting weights will make them bulky. It would shock so many to know that the toned, lean and strong look they want won't come from cardio alone.
most definitely wonβt!! I hear that all the time lol people are always telling me to stop lifting weights because I will get bulky but hey I havenβt yet.
The problem is a lot of people go by what they hear never do they do the research to learn for themselves.
