Daily Challenge Complete - 200 reps - Triceps & Biceps - Haven't even eaten lunch or dinner yet. Woke up to a busy night and golden hour photos and hunting for open fishing holes and more work calls. I hope you get more support I see you got sweet upvites but looks like you used a bidbot so I hope it gives you proper recognition! Let's keep it going I hope you feel better.
50 standing curls - left arm - 15 lbs
50 standing curls - right arm - 15 lbs
25 around in a circle forward left arm 15 lbs
25 around in a circle backward left arm 15 lbs
25 around in a circle forward right arm 15 lbs
25 around in a circle backward right arm 15 lbs
