The final "drop set leg day"! Thank god it's over now...

WARMUP
Cycling, mobility & stretching

Leg press:
WARMUP 25 reps
4x drop set: (12, 20, 40)
=313 reps :o...

Back squat:
WARMUP 15 reps
4 sets: (12, 8, 8, 5)
=33 reps

Leg Extension:
4x drop set: (12, 15)
=108 reps

Leg curls:
WARMUP 15 reps
4x drop set: (12, 15)
=123 reps

Adductor + Abductor:
WARMUP=20+20
3x superset: (12+15, 12+15, 12+15)
=121 reps

Calf raises:
4 sets: (12, 12, 12, 12)=48 reps

Calf raises (leg press machine):
2 sets: (12, 12)
2x drop set: (8, 12, 20)
=104 reps

Push-ups:
20 reps

Going on a little run later today but I'm not going to count it because I've already got over 800 reps :o...

IN TOTAL

=870 reps, wow :o...
