Challenge completed - 142 reps + a MTB ride
36 Pullups.chinups
12 Muscle ups - not strict ones, I bounced out of an arch at the bottom of each rep
18 HSPU's (on parallettes)
76 Kettlebell snatches -24, 28 & 32kg
22 km MTB ride

I did an OAC today!
It was very ugly but I got my chin to the bar.
