Daily Challenge Complete- Saturday 4.28.18

Push ups- 50
Curls w/resistance band- 150
Side Bends-80
Chest press w/resistance-25

My notes:
Still staying on the path. I think Its been a full 5-6 days straight. I am trying to ensure I get my reps in each day. I look forward to posting and seeing what everyone else is doing on their daily challenge. I am looking for some new ideas for a new challenge possibly thinking a squat challenge. If you have any suggestions make sure you drop it down below. I hope that someone out there is inspired and motivated with my daily post. I would love to hear people success stories so please comment them below.

BTW great idea with the medicine ball. I have been using a bosu ball at time to do my core and chest workout!
