The spammers and trolls will be handled, just as they are today. When someone has issues, find someone who can help negate them. If it's not warranted there are plenty of people like me who will negate them.

That is kinda what I thought, I haven't seen any real abuse that persisted, but when I hear complaints I always send them to a witness.
