And I found a Korean BBQ restaurant with delicious food - a place that makes me feel like I am a part of Korea! Last night, when the weather was cold and my BBQ cravings were high, I decided to go to Gaebong BBQ at 44 Trung Hoa, Cau Giay. And I was so satisfied that I had to quickly write this article to share with you.

The meats are extremely fresh, expertly seasoned and grilled to perfection. I especially enjoyed the fluffy steamed egg—a signature dish that I will definitely be returning to.
True to Korean cuisine, the table was filled with a colorful and delicious array of panchan (side dishes), including:
Green salad with mayonnaise.
Sweet corn salad.
Spicy kimchi.
Rice noodles with mushrooms.
Pickled radish and carrots.
Stir-fried bean sprouts with sesame.
Everything was neatly arranged, attractive and clean.
