Ingredients:
- white bread (stale) - 200 gr.

- parsley - 4 branches
- cumin - 1 tsp.
- vegetable oil - 5 tbsp
- butter-100 gr.
- egg yolk-2 PCs .
- beef-1.5 kg.
- salt-to taste
- black pepper (ground) - to taste
Preparation:
- The crumb of bread cut into small cubes.
- Chop the onion, finely chop the herbs.
- Onions with cumin browned in 2 tbsp oil.
- Add herbs and warm up all together for 1 min.
- Oil razmyat fork, mix with a small amount of salt and ground black pepper.
- The yolks lightly beat with a fork.
- Onion with herbs to combine with bread, egg yolks, half of butter and mix thoroughly.
- The meat and spread the remaining butter with salt and pepper and fry in a pan on all sides.
- Bake 1.5 hours at 180° under the hood.
