Breakfast - steel cut oatmeal and blueberries in the morning.
Lunch - Chicken quesadilla w/ avacado
Snack - Spinach salad w/ flax seeds to give it that crunch
Dinner - Baked salmon with asparagus

I think that covers them all - thx for posting this list =)
