Good post! I always thought spinach is very good to our health. I'm gonna buy one when I go to the market :)

Nice! I've never seen stuffed salmon before! I thought it was a hot pocket at first! 😝 I was like...how do hot pockets and healthy food mix? 😅

Breakfast - steel cut oatmeal and blueberries in the morning.
Lunch - Chicken quesadilla w/ avacado
Snack - Spinach salad w/ flax seeds to give it that crunch
Dinner - Baked salmon with asparagus

I think that covers them all - thx for posting this list =)

awesome post! all of these foods are antioxidants :) with anti-inflammatory properties and help fight cardiovascular diseases!

Very nice ingredients for my next meal. Thank you

Great selection of foods you have listed out. I try to eat these foods on a very consistent basis due to the health benefits you've summarized for each. A diet fortified with a lot of omega-3's and antioxidants is a great one.

I try to make a salad w/ avocado, tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, quinoa, sea salt and olive oil, 3-5 times a week and I'm all the better for making this a habit.

Salmon is the healthiest if you have to pick one of the list. It is the richest with omega 3. valubale info.

Nothing better than to start the day with some healthy tips, very well

I remember when I rarely ate avocados or guacamole. Now it's a regular staple in my diet. Yum!

Let me just say that the reason why the five foods are considered super is simply because they contains vitamins, antioxidants, phytonutrients and phytochemicals which are in great need for the body system. The body needs these nutrients and the five foods listed supplies it and that make them super

Have to make sure you get the wild caught salmon and not the farmed salmon. Do you think?

Avocado? In my country it is said AGUACATE, what cruelty to look at that and not being able to eat it, it looks so good and healthy, fantastic

You had no sources for any of you claims... salmon? Yes, your post is fishy...
