Benefits of Eggs

Eggs have been eaten by humans for thousands of years. The female animals of many different species produce eggs, but by far the most common choice for consumption is the egg of the chicken.

The United States is regarded as the world's largest exporter of eggs. In fact, in 2017, the per capita consumption is expected to be 275.8.

Here I have mentioned some Benefits of Eggs:

  1. It contains around 6 grams of proteins. They are one of the best sources for high quality protein. It contains about 40 types of protein for human metabolism.

  2. Raw eggs contain Vitamin A, D, E and B 12.

  3. Yolk egg contains vitamin D which helps protect our bones.

  4. Raw eggs contain elements like Riboflavin, a vitamin of the B complex, which is essential for metabolic energy production.

  5. Choline an abundant nutrient found in eggs helps reduce the risk of breast cancer.

  6. Brown and white eggs have same nutritional value.

  7. Lutein and zeaxanthin are 2 antioxidants found in egg yolk that benefits eye health.

  8. It helps keep iron deficiency at bay.

  9. Eggs is said to increase HDL which stands for high density lipoprotein. It is known as good cholesterol. ​People having high HDL have a ​lower risk of heart disease.

  10. Peptides found in eggs helps reduce high blood pressure.

  11. It contains sulphur along with other additional vitamins and minerals that promote health and nail growth.

  12. Iron found in eggs helps support a healthy immune system and normal red blood cell production.

  13. Take a bowl of water and gently drop a egg into it. If it sinks it is good, if it floats it is stale.

  14. You can eat as many eggs as you like without risking your cholesterol levels.

  15. People who are diabetic should avoid eating egg yolks, as the high cholesterol can put them at risk for a stroke.

  16. They have very few calories.

Recently I joined a GYM. so they suggest me a diet plan.
In my Diet plan,I have to eat at least​ 4 egg-white a day.
And 100 grams chicken. Eggs ke saath saath Chiken bhi jaruri hai..

Next post I will be definitely​ for Chicken...

can you site some examples of important proteins present in egg ablumen?

Egg albumen means egg whites. They contain mostly protein. In one whole egg if we talk​ about egg white then it contains 4 grams of protein.

after gym eggs are my only nutriment

@dhabal After GYM I prefer 4 Egg whites and one scoop whey protein

eggs are most useful & helpful our body.
