Recently I joined a GYM. so they suggest me a diet plan.
In my Diet plan,I have to eat at least 4 egg-white a day.
And 100 grams chicken. Eggs ke saath saath Chiken bhi jaruri hai..
Next post I will be definitely for Chicken...
