Today we will try to make traditional Chinese wontons - dumplings from custard dough, which are served either fried, or in soup, or steamed. You can use anything as a filling, but today we will make wontons from minced pork. Flavor it with onions, garlic, ginger, delicious sauces and serve in your own juice )).

Ingredients:
Dough:
- Flour, 250 gr.
- Boiling water , 100 ml
- Vegetable oil, 1 tbsp.
- Salt, pinch
Filling:
- Minced pork, 350 gr.
- Onion, 0.5 pcs.
- Garlic, 1 clove
- Ginger, 10 gr.
- Soy sauce, 1 tbsp.
- Oyster sauce, 1 tsp.
- Green onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
Fill the flour and salt with boiling water and knead the dough (if it is liquid, add flour, if on the contrary, water), at the end add vegetable oil, knead again and leave alone for five minutes , sprinkling with flour.
Meanwhile, peel and finely chop the ginger, garlic and onion.
Heat a little oil and fry the onion, garlic and ginger over high heat for a minute and a half.
Cool slightly and mix with minced, green onions, soy and oyster sauces.
Roll the dough into a rope with a diameter of about 3-4 centimeters and cut into small pieces.
Roll each to thinly, put the filling, seal the edges, forming wontons.
Put the wontons in a saucepan, pour boiling water in an amount that the water overlaps the contents by a 2 of centimeters, to salt (you can use soy sauce instead of salt) and cook the wontons for five to seven minutes after surfacing.
