Hi Friends,
I consider myself a big eater. I would rather eat small at breakfast and lunch, and go big at dinner. Probably not the best strategy healthy-wise, but its what I enjoy.
Well, sometimes my wife will sneak in a healthy dinner, like this arugula salad with grilled chicken:
Yummy and healthy. I still ate a ton of it, but it was fairly hearty so it satisfied me. Good stuff.

Generally I eat much more at lunch or dinner. If I go big at breakfast, I skip lunch and then eat much at dinner.

Eating more is not unhealthy as far as you do activities to burn it.
Your wife takes your desires in accpunt that's why prepare so sumptuous a trear. 😊
