It's a usual meal here. That's why. Dinakdakan is good too though. But sisig. Damn, if you can find a great restaurant or karinderia that makes a really tasty one, you're sure to come back.

I used to order sisig from my neighbor, he makes one of the best sisigs I know. But I only eat sisig when I'm drinking beer with friends. Or if my parents visit. Not a big fan of dinakdakan, coz of the mayo. Still, thanks for posting such a beautiful article.
I see. You're the "pulutan" kind of guy. Well, you see I don't really drink. Intolerance. I'm the "ulam" type of guy. Some Sisig variants have mayo too. I like the ones without more.
It's the perfect "pulutan" for me. And yeah, I'm a "pulutan" girl :). Heard the original has eggs, though.
