I have also a box of nuts beside me :) It helped me a lot with my diet. Instead of eating biscuits and unhealthy things I eat nuts. Smoothies helped me too to replace the meals and have a healthy breakfast. I noticed lately 1kg of flour has 76% glucose which is sugar. And I took a good decision of cutting bread out of my diet.
But you are right! We need to eat at least once outside otherwise we miss the normal humans food :)
