I hope you have a ton of tomatillos to go with that! : ) That's a great pepper harvest! It's nice to have family recipes. Where did you get your recipe's first version that you adjusted to be what it is today?

I just throw in what I think will work and see what happens.

Green Ghost Salsa is made yearly, the other one is rare treat.
I guess Wisconsin was not the place for salsa recipes to be a family tradition, so you had to create it yourself. Maybe beer-cheese is different. ; ) Looking forward to another salsa!
I like hearing about how recipes get handed down through the family and shared with friends. I thought maybe he got the start of his recipe as a family tradition, in Wisconsin. But @papa-pepper is the one starting the heirloom recipe book! I wonder if there are any Wisconsin family recipes he uses -- and you, too! Wisconsin has some great food traditions!
