I like to drink yogurt with fruit, so today I would like to share with you the yogurt and fruit smoothie, it is not only very nutritious and healthy, but also easy to do.
This time I used the dragon fruit,which contains much anthocyanin, especially its skin, don't throw it away. you can squeeze its skin using juicing machine.
今天给大家分享我平时喜欢做得水果酸奶杯。
酸奶的口味酸甜细滑,营养丰富。搭配新鲜水果(今天我用得是红心火龙果,火龙果整个都可以食用哦,尤其皮里面含有大量得花青素,皮也不要浪费掉,榨汁可以食用。),不仅补充维生素C。促进消化,营养又健康。
做法:
火龙果切块用料理机打成果汁。然后放在酸奶上面。最后撒上几粒坚果就完成啦!

奇异果是kiwi. 那里面绿色。有点酸酸。有些没那么酸。见过也有金黄色的肉但没吃过。 哈哈,我是第一次听到猕猴桃者名称。其实觉得里面质地跟火龙果差不多。
这个比火龙果还好吃,猕猴桃我最爱。你真不是内地人,这名字都没听过。。。

It depends what you add to the fruit! My smoothies are all natural products. I don't add yoghurt because generally yoghurt is full of sugar.
I don't add sweeteners unless its something like raw organic honey and I certainly would never add preservatives or supplements as many of those contain chemicals that are toxic and more sugar.
My advice would be to never buy a smoothie pre made from a supermarket or local store. It will contain added sugar and preservatives and won't be fresh. Make your own at home. You just need a blender and the ingredients.
Alkaline fruits are great in a smoothie. Alkaline fruits keep your body's ph balance at the right level. Fruits such as avocado (yes avocado is a fruit!), banana, mango, strawberries, blueberries (any berries!) are great in a smoothie with vegetables like spinach, kale and wheatgrass.
Just on the alkaline thing our bodies need to be at around 7.3 to 7.4 on our ph measurement. PH balance is the amount of alkalinity and acidity in a solution (like our bodies)
Ideally we should be eating 80% alkaline foods and 20% acidic foods for optimal health.
Yes fruit smoothies are healthy as long as you don't add bad stuff to them!
