This sounds silly, but you could wave your arms around to drive more blood to your fingers, and jump up and down to drive more blood to your toes. You know that friction produces heat. That's why rubbing your hands together makes them warmer. Heating yourself is more efficient than heating your entire home (especially if you live alone). Prepare your body for winter, also, by sealing off any unused rooms.
