Spinach. Popeye’s favorite comes next in our lose weight with vegetables list. You can’t go wrong if Popeye’s eating it. Look at how fit he is!

One of the things to note is that you must not leave your spinach for a few days as its nutrients and vitamins may reduce to half depending on the days left. It is recommended to cook your Spinach but not for too long in order to get the best out of it as certain nutrients in it is not “activated” when it is in raw state.

When it is activated, your body can then absorb nutrients from it. To consume Spinach is easy; just mix around with your existing weight loss recipe and it will go together with it easily. Be creative!

There is no doubt that Spinach is headed in vegetable and is also good for health.

I'm glad to see your agreement) Thank you!

It's one of my favorites! I have been setting my fruits and veggies out on the corner each morning to make sure I think of them before anything else. Proteins and quick, awful carbs are the first thing that always come to my mind unless those fruits and veggies are staring me in the face. My problem lies mostly in walking around in my head most of the day. I write a lot and produce a lot of intellectual content so when it comes to my physical environment, I sometimes forget this is something I am working on. I can't wait until I get back to the days of my fit body and excellent eating habits. Thanks for the inspiration! Time to get to the gym!

It is very nice to see literate and knowledgeable people! Accept my respect. I'm sure you'll be in great shape soon! Thank you for the wonderful comment;)

I love spinach and Popeye! My regular drinking glass shows him holding his beloved can of spinach. It's pretty much the best ever.

I never have trouble adding spinach into my diet. I eat it raw for salads and smoothies or love to add sauteed spinach to scrambled eggs, soups, or casseroles. If you are a sandwich person, you can sneak it in there...I was recently reading that too much of any one green can begin to be harsh on your body (due to buildup of each plant's unique alkaloids) and therefore we should attempt to keep a steady rotation of all greens for optimal nutrition. Thanks for the post, @innavtsh!

I am very pleased with such comments! Unfortunately, few people adhere to proper nutrition and eat healthy foods. You're doing fine, keep it up! Thank you, you pleased me!
