so what would you suggest? I mean, you really can't compare a drink like this to sodas or other drinks loaded up with refined sugar or high-fructose corn syrup.
Regardless, perhaps the only truly healthy drink would be a nice big glass of purified or distilled water, which is always my drink of choice if the goal is simply to quench my thirst.
If I still decide to have a Watermelon Mango Carrot Juice or Smoothie afterwards, it only makes it that much more satisfying as I can take my time enjoying all the savory flavors at my own relaxed pace.
