Breaded veal, sliced thin and double stacked--oh yes!

One of the problems with veal is getting it cooked in the center and this master chef at a new restaurant I went to had a unique way of taking care of the problem, by cutting it thin and adding 2 layers. yes it was as good as it looked.

The resturant is called three olives and is near my house in Clearwater, Florida.

That is one thing I noticed about the Clearwater/St. Petersberg area of Florida is that you have some amazing restaurants. This dish looks simply scrumptious! I love veal but try not to eat at restaurants because they tend to ruin it, in my opinion.

this chef is a master, trained at the CIA , lol , the culinary institute of America in New York City
