I don't eat a lot of junk foods but I love eating white rice since it is our staple food, But I tried not to eat too much rice now and encourage myseld not to eat starchy food and limit myself consuming sweets. I started drinking water for at least 1-2 liters a day and I got a good result, my digestion improves, I don't have that dry skin anymore. I also noticed a lost a few kilos. So yes, water works for me and choosing the right food to eat.
