For those who love Italy and the Italian gastronomy, I want to offer you an easy recipe. If you use to get breaks at work in order to take a small snack I think Focaccia can be a very tasty solution to fill up your stomach and give you new strength to continue what you do.

Ingredients:

• 1 garlic lobster
• 1 cup of olive oil
• 2 powders of salt and pepper
• 2 tablespoons of sugar
• 21 g dry yeast
• 650 ml of water
• 1 kg flour
• 1 rosemary sprig

Take a bunch of flour or put it all in a large bowl. Make a hole in the middle of the flour mountain to fill with the rest of the ingredients. Pour water and 3 sachets of yeast.

Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 tablespoon of salt and slowly mix with a fork to cover the flour. When you get a thick bran, add the rest of the water and mix everything in a thick dough.

Mix the dough until it becomes glossy and elastic, put in a bowl covered with a damp cloth and leave it warm and grow. Pull the air out of the double hump and put the dough in a flour powder tray.

Put garlic and rosemary yarns mixed with olive oil and salt over the dough in the tray. Leave it again grown under a damp cloth. Set the oven at 220 degrees and bake it for 20-25 minutes after you dipped the dough with your finger for a more beautiful shape.
