Hello Steemians!
Welcome to my food blog!
Today we will cook a magnificent carp. Usually, I cook this dish for the holidays.
Today I decided to have a romantic dinner with my girlfriend. Therefore, there will be more photo feeds :)
Let's get started!
What do we need for this:
- Fresh carp
- Beet
- Onion
- Olive oil
- Ground pepper
- Salt
- Micro peas
- Rosemary
- Thyme
- Lemon
- Soy sauce
As the beet roasts for a long time, we bake it in advance.
Beetroot is wrapped in foil and put in the oven which is preheated in advance.
On average, it baked for about two hours.
Preparing the fish. We wash it and remove the fillet. Then we take out the bones and wipe it with a paper towel. And also salt and pepper and put the fish in the refrigerator.
Our beets are ready when we can easily pierce it with a fork. Then we take the fish out of the fridge and reheat the frying pan. We put on olive oil and fry carp on medium heat until golden crust on both sides.
We clean the onion, cut into two parts and pull out the middle and lightly fry it in a pan.
Now you can put everything on a plate with a creative.
All a good day and bon appetite.
It looks delicious. What temperature do you use for the beet in the oven?
