Good advice, @ura-soul! It is interesting to know all the alternatives that are available now to switch and maintain a vegan diet. In our experience, initially we considered that carrying a vegan diet was very difficult, although our appreciation and respect for animal life continued to motivate us to maintain it. Later we learned recipes and learned more about plants, so it all got easier. Sometimes the options are still a little bit limited (for example, during a trip or in meetings with friends), but we have also learned to cope... and your post was very useful. The well-being of animals is our greatest motivation. That is why we recently started our @letsteamup project, with which we intend to give anyone the opportunity to contribute to animal welfare using Steemit. We would be very glad to receive your comments about our initiative, since we can see you share our love and respect for animals. Thanks for sharing this food option and your experience trying it! We’ll stay tuned to your next posts!

Thanks - yes, eating with other people can be difficult due to the lack of understanding in society of how to create balance. It helps to understand that in a radically out of balance society, our actions to cause balance may appear to be 'radical' - but in reality that's a bit backwards.
Health of both humans and animals are at stake here - it's important not to devalue the humans just because we love animals and so many humans are out of balance. ;)
I followed your profile here - thanks for assisting!
Totally agree :) Empathy for all living beings is what we need to live in harmony and to be genuinely happy. Thanks for your response!
