@monika-homa do you not need a lot oil to fry these i think that i tried to do soimilar recipe, using grated zuchhini and it was still liquidy after i pured out of waetr and let it stand for a while and with other ingrediends, even frying on coconut oil it still felt that is not as healthy dish! what would you say? do you fry it just for 2-3 mins? x
