Thank you! Oh believe me I am a sushi amateur too! I think I've made it only 3 times before this but I just thought I'd be game and give it a go hahaha. I love watching sushi chefs make it so quickly now because it's so hard for me.
Haha wow. You did good then :D. I'm really impressed if it was only your third time.
I can't wait to make sushi again and use proper sushi rice :).
