#hangry FTW! I will have to start using that more! The reason I love the avocado oil is because if you add a little salt, it tastes like salted butter. It also can cook at high heat. Coconut oil refined is also good for cooking. I just fell in love with Avocado oil. Also Coconut oil is said to potentially lower blood pressure, which is good for some people. I have bp that bounces from high to low, so if it's low, eating or taking something that can make it lower isn't good. I do use it though. I have a stock pile of it, actually. haha
