Ah nice, haven't tried avocado oil yet. I like neutral coconut oil, because it's high temp resistant. And for Asian dishes I like the virgin native coconut oil with flavor... damn I'm getting #HANGRY! not sure how to establish new hashtags, but if you use them regularly, people will use them too at one point :) Just use it as it was already always there :D

#hangry FTW! I will have to start using that more! The reason I love the avocado oil is because if you add a little salt, it tastes like salted butter. It also can cook at high heat. Coconut oil refined is also good for cooking. I just fell in love with Avocado oil. Also Coconut oil is said to potentially lower blood pressure, which is good for some people. I have bp that bounces from high to low, so if it's low, eating or taking something that can make it lower isn't good. I do use it though. I have a stock pile of it, actually. haha
