OOHHH! I love aubergines so much.
I can literally just slice one up, roast it with some olive oil, and eat it by itself.
This si very similar to an Italian dish called Aubergine parmigiana.
Great post, Alla! You are so inspiring to me, i have posted a few recipes too, recipes i wrote, tested and photographed myself, and it's quite a bit of work. It's not easy :)

Ah, that would mean the world to me! I think I'm starting to understand what looks good and what looks bad, presentation wise!
